Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Rule

Hearth Veil Press sells only intangible digital downloadable products. No physical goods are shipped. All digital deliveries are instant and irreversible after access generation.

One-time digital products are strictly final-sale with no trial or cooling-off period.

2. One-Time Digital Product Refund Terms

Strict final sale policy applies. All sales are non-refundable once download links are generated or files are accessed/downloaded by the buyer.

Only exceptional refund eligible scenarios:

• Persistent broken download links that cannot be fixed within 24 hours
• Severely corrupted files with no replacement available
• Material product mismatch with official description (verifiable evidence required)

No refunds under any of the following circumstances:

• Accidental purchase
• Change of mind or personal dissatisfaction
• Software/device incompatibility
• Failure to read product previews, descriptions or system requirements
• Unused purchased templates

3. Refund Application Process

Qualified refund requests must be submitted to [email protected] with complete information: full order ID, purchase date, detailed issue description, and supporting screenshots/evidence. We respond within 2 business days.

4. EU Consumer Right Waiver

By completing checkout, EU consumers expressly consent to immediate digital contract performance and irrevocably waive the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal under Article 16(a) of EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.

5. Tax Statement

VAT/GST/Sales Tax collected at checkout is processed by third-party payment processors and non-refundable via Hearth Veil Press. All tax refund claims must be submitted to the buyer's local tax authority.

6. Format Exchange Courtesy Policy (Non-Refund)

If you accidentally purchased the incorrect file format, we may offer a one-time format exchange within 7 days of purchase, provided the original template has not been substantially downloaded, fully accessed, or modified. This is a complimentary courtesy service and does not constitute a refund, cancellation, or amendment to our final-sale policy. To request an exchange, submit your full order ID and desired file format to [email protected]. We reserve the right to deny exchange requests for repeated abuse, excessive requests, or orders with verified full file access.
