Template License Agreement

1. Grant of License

Upon successful one-time purchase, Hearth Veil Press grants buyers a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user personal license for individual project use only.

2. Permitted Uses

• Personal non-commercial project creation and editing
• Full template customization and adaptation for personal use
• Personal printing and offline reference
• Single commercial project usage (only with purchased Commercial License Add-On)

Derivative works created using the template may be used for personal purposes only under the Standard License. Commercial use of derivative works requires a Commercial License Add-On unless the final output is substantially transformed beyond recognition of the original template structure. Final determination at Hearth Veil Press' sole discretion.

3. Strictly Prohibited Uses

Zero-tolerance violation terms:

• Resell, sublicense, redistribute, share or gift original/modified template files
• Repackage, bundle, or include templates in any paid product/service
• Upload templates to any file-sharing, cloud disk or public resource platform
• Claim intellectual property ownership of Hearth Veil Press templates
• Team, corporate, institutional multi-user usage without enterprise authorization
• Illegal, unethical or defamatory template application

4. Commercial Use Rules

Standard License: Personal non-commercial use only.

Commercial License Add-On: Permits usage in one single commercial project. Does not allow template resale or derivative commercial redistribution.

For the avoidance of doubt, "one single commercial project" means one specific, finite client engagement or product launch. Use of the template for multiple separate clients, campaigns, or products requires the purchase of additional Commercial Licenses.

5. Copyright & Legal Protection

All templates are exclusive intellectual property of Hearth Veil Press, protected by international copyright law and DMCA regulations. Willful infringement may result in statutory damages up to $150,000 per work under 17 U.S.C. § 504.

6. Disclaimer

All templates are provided "AS IS". We do not guarantee full compatibility with all software versions and assume no liability for data loss or project failure caused by template usage.

7. Violation Consequences

License violation results in immediate license revocation, permanent purchase ban, forfeiture of all refund rights, and formal DMCA legal action.
