2. DMCA Takedown Submission

Infringement notices shall be submitted to [email protected], including:

• Infringing URL
• Copyrighted work identification
• Ownership proof
• Good-faith statement
• Electronic signature

3. Anti-Piracy Enforcement

We actively monitor unauthorized template redistribution and resale. Willful commercial piracy will be pursued for maximum statutory damages under DMCA law.

4. Counter-Notice Procedure

Users wrongfully removed may submit a formal counter-notice for official review and restoration processing. Submit counter-notices to [email protected] with subject line "DMCA Counter-Notice – [Product Name]". We will review all valid counter-notices and, if applicable, restore the removed content within 10-14 business days, unless we receive notice that the complainant has filed a court action seeking an order to restrain the alleged infringer.
